This year's theme is   CITY LIGHTS SOIREE

This event is put on by the School Council and is an evening celebration for Greenbank grade 8 students.

It is being held at Walter Baker Sports Center (Hall A/B) in Barrhaven on  Saturday, June 11, from 7-10pm

There will be something for everyone to enjoy!  The kids will spend the evening dancing, playing games, taking pictures, and sampling yummy snacks with their Greenbank friends.

This end of year celebration is always a lot of fun for the kids, and parents and guardians have fun decorating and volunteering at the event.

If you would like to help out in any way, we will be happy to guide you.  You can be involved on the day of the event by helping to decorate the hall, and setting up tables etc.  On the evening of the event, we will need chaperons, kitchen helpers, ticket takers, and a crew to take down decorations.  If you would like more information or to help out at the event, contact Jen Poole at jtpoole@rogers.com, or at 613-726-6134.

To see photos from last year's event, find the post from 6/23/2015 in the 'older posts' on this blog.

With your help, this fun evening will be a great way to wrap up the year and the kids' time at Greenbank Middle School.
